About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Location Manager to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for managing properties and supporting residents to live independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage properties and lettings, ensuring that residents' homes are well-maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Support residents with a range of needs, working with external agencies to provide access to the right services.
- Listen to residents and deal with issues before they become complaints, taking ownership and investigating fully when necessary.
- Maintain resident trust and confidence in Anchor through effective communication and setting expectations.
- Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring that residents' homes are well-maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure that the location is safe, and all health and safety checks and risk assessments are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
