Lead a Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to oversee a respite setting in Dorchester, providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards, while fostering a positive and engaging environment for the people you support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support for at least 45 individuals annually
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to deliver quality service
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Essential driver due to the nature of the role

Benefits:
