About the Role
Suffolk Primary Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within professional boundaries to accurately examine and assess patients with undifferentiated diagnoses, from a physiological, psychological, and social perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating both drug and non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan.
- Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist the patient in complex, urgent, or emergency situations, including the initiation of effective emergency care.
- Review medication for therapeutic effectiveness appropriate to patient needs and administer medication in accordance with PGD/Independent Nurse Prescribing.
