About the Job

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Margate. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with complex disabilities, enabling them to live independent lives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Supporting individuals with their finances, medication, and wellbeing
  • Accompanying individuals on community trips for shopping or social activities

You will also have opportunities to attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with complex disabilities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full manual UK driving license and be willing to drive a Sense vehicle. You will also need to demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex disabilities and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
