Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Specialist Teacher to support students with SEMH, autism, or behavioural difficulties. As a key member of our SEN team, you will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to deliver outstanding SEN provision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, autism, or behavioural difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs
