Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored assistance to students with diverse learning needs
- Assist the class teacher in planning, delivering, and adapting educational activities for pupils with complex needs
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively and confidently handle challenging behaviour
- Work closely with the SENCO, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the students
- Support students' emotional, social, and academic progress through positive reinforcement and customised support plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with staff and parents to provide consistent support
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SEN support
- Strong background in supporting students with Special Educational Needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
