As a Personalised Care Worker, you will work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences, developing tailored care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. With a focus on community-based services, you will build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically able to undertake moving and handling tasks, and have a valid driving licence. We offer a competitive salary, £24,000 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid travel time, generous mileage allowance, holiday pay, and training opportunities.

Estimated Salary: £26,250 per annum
