Construction Business Financial Assistant

We are looking for an ambitious and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Austin Fraser.
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Finance Manager in managing financial transactions
- Process purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Handle small payroll duties, including pensions
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and handle customer queries
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software, particularly Xero, Sage, or Dect, and be proficient in MS Excel. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that this is a permanent, full-time position with no remote working options available.
The expected salary range for this role is approximately £32,000-£40,000 per annum.
