We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Analyze and report on project financials throughout the lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor and control project cash flows and expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
