Human Resources Support Specialist

**Job Title:** HR Assistant
Payscale: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Assistant on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling various HR functions and developing training processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with audit preparation of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Review employee files in preparation for audit
- Compile employee data base through data input (e.g. Update Time and Attendance System)
- Assist with year-end preparations
- Assist with weekly payroll submission
Requirements:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 3 (an advantage)
- Proven experience in handling disciplinaries, investigations, audits, grievances (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
