About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Director to join our team at SRS Group Holdings Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for focusing on the Central London market, managing, developing, and maintaining accounts, investigating and understanding competitors, identifying new market opportunities, and developing and delivering training for existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on the Central London market to increase market share and revenue
  • Managing, developing, and maintaining accounts while acquiring new customers
  • Investigating and understanding competitors in the market
  • Identifying new market opportunities and needs
  • Developing and delivering training for existing and new customers as well as influencers of the sales process

Main Duties:

  • Identifying and approaching Furniture Dealers & A&D Practices
  • Creating long-term relationships with target customers to secure fabrics as part of the selection process and prescribed for new projects
  • Contribute to Key Account maintenance and development to contribute to key account objectives and the business plan, providing compelling solutions to contribute to the success of the customer
  • Identifying and approaching known high-potential target costumers and seeking new opportunities
  • Project management, implementing swift sample delivery as an active tool to secure excellent customer service and increased fabric specification
  • Administration and follow-up, actively maintaining and seeking to develop the CRM system, supporting the business plan to deliver identified growth, providing monthly reports to management on achievement of KPI's, sales statistics, market intelligence on new projects, product launches etc.

Requirements:

  • A solid track record and documented sales results
  • Relevant commercial educational background
  • Good knowledge of SoMe
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office tools
  • (Flair for good product design, colors, quality & functionality
  • Experience from a similar industry – Workplace furniture, upholstery fabrics or related textile products
  • Has good communication skills – fluent in English
