About Us:
Ton is a leading manufacturer of building materials with a presence in the UK and Czech Republic. We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Key Account Director.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in managing key client relationships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum + commission

Responsibilities:
* Proactive Client Development: Develop and execute business strategies to expand our client base and acquire new clients, ensuring long-term relationships are maintained.
* Industry Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the architectural, interior design, and dealer sectors, establishing Ton as the premier choice in their minds, and providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
* Client Portfolio Management: Manage new clients to grow, upsell and renew accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sustained Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication, service delivery, and ongoing support.
* Educational Advocate: Guide clients to a comprehensive understanding of the value and advantages of our products and services, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Tailored Quotation Development: Create quotes based on client requirements, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Market Insight Expertise: Conduct market research to provide recommendations for Ton brand development, driving business growth and expansion, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
* Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets, demonstrating exceptional sales performance and results-driven attitude, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* A seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in managing key client relationships and driving business growth.
* Excellent industry knowledge and connections, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Strong passion for selling and achieving results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent listening, negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained, and outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty is achieved.
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and organisational skills, and ensuring that business objectives are met and exceeded.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication and service delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Ability to work independently and with the remote team too, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, and ensuring that business objectives are met and exceeded.
* Strong numeracy and IT skills with the ability to use CRM systems, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Fluent English speaker with a positive attitude and common sense, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
