Reception and Administration Assistant

Alternative Bridging Corporation is seeking a skilled and proactive Receptionist/Office Junior to join our team in Borehamwood. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the office and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, with the potential for a yearly bonus. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits including casual dress, company events, and a company pension scheme.
Working Hours and Location
The role is full-time, working 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The location is in Borehamwood, WD6 1JN.
