Role Overview

This exciting role involves ensuring full training compliance for the whole Fleet, with a focus on Crew Experience throughout. You'll work closely with stakeholders to effectively plan training that meets Carnival UK Policy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing a professional Training Compliance service to operational areas through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
  2. Accountability for Fleet training compliance, ensuring clear communication of risk, mitigation actions, and improvements
  3. Contributing to the development of Training Compliance KPIs, including effective monitoring of team performance and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A compliance background or relevant experience
  • Proven people management experience
  • Budget management and reporting skills
  • Efficient use of Microsoft 365, including Excel
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
