Role Overview: A Carnival UK compliance expert is sought to oversee the development and growth of a small compliance planning team, ensuring full training compliance for the entire Fleet with a focus on Crew Experience.

This role involves building sustainable business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including effective risk management and stakeholder influence.

  • Providing professional compliance services through strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Accountability for Fleet training compliance, clear communication of risk, mitigation actions and improvements.
  • Contributing to Training Compliance KPIs, monitoring team performance and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring: A compliance background or relevant experience. Efficient use of Microsoft 365, including Excel.
