Job Overview

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Facilities Officer to join their team on a permanent contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property repairs and maintenance, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of repair requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and escalate urgent repairs
  • Provide accurate and value-for-money quotes for works
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property repairs and maintenance
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and statutory environmental requirements
  • Knowledge of management of asbestos, fire safety, and legionella
