We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Officer to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Facilities Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate property repairs and maintenance requests
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes for works
  • Ensure customer service is at the forefront of communication
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are sent to the correct teams and urgent repairs are escalated appropriately

Requirements:

  • Experience in property repairs and maintenance
  • Helpdesk support experience
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Understanding of health & safety and statutory environmental requirements
  • Knowledge of management of asbestos, fire safety and legionella
