About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our construction sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in utilising our CRM system to gather data for strategic campaigns, driving new and used machinery sales, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the construction sales team across the group, ensuring compliance with our CRM system and using reporting functions to gather data for sales campaigns.
  • Drive new and used machinery sales to achieve high sales performance, building and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Plan and run open days and training events as required, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Requirements
  • Previous construction sales or similar industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Yanmar or competitive excavator product lines.
  • A good knowledge of the construction industry.
