About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Ben Burgess & Co. Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading our construction sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the construction sales team to achieve high sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Utilize our CRM system to gather data for strategic campaigns and ensure compliance with the system.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive new and used machinery sales.
  • Liaise with the finance team to offer innovative finance solutions and coordinate open days and training events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure relevant and timely communications to customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Previous construction sales or similar industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Yanmar or competitive excavator product lines.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
