About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our construction sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the construction sales team across the group
  • Ensuring compliance with our CRM system and utilizing reporting functions to gather data for sales campaigns
  • Driving new and used machinery sales to achieve high sales performance
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Planning and running open days and training events as required
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers

We are looking for someone with strong sales experience in the construction industry and a passion for great customer service. If you have a good knowledge of the construction industry and are familiar with Yanmar or competitive excavator product lines, we would love to hear from you.
