Job Description
As our Senior Culinary Director, you will be responsible for achieving the hotel food GP target; maintaining efficient manning to revenue targets & business needs; stock control; team training & development ensuring strict adherence to Company and legal health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients while managing inventory effectively.
- Maintaining efficient kitchen operations to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Developing and implementing menu items that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Fostering a positive work environment by promoting open communication among team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
You should have a successful culinary background, creative flair for menu creation, and excellent leadership skills. Your ability to multitask and think critically is essential for success in this role.
