Job Description

Salary: £58,500 per annum + £3,000 car allowance.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Operations team at Exemplar Health Care. As an Operational Quality Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the Exemplar Quality Strategy, focusing on Clinical Excellence, Sustainable Outstanding Quality, Digital Transformation, Responsiveness, and Service User Voice.

You will work closely with the Clinical Director to implement strategies that enhance the quality of care provided by our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Clinical Nurse Managers in developing action plans and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Liaising with colleagues to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and tools to promote continuous improvement.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
