Role Overview
Seriós Group is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team as a Data Quality Assurance Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data within our systems.

You will work closely with internal and client team members to design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across various systems and databases. Your expertise in data profiling, data quality assessment, and data validation will be crucial in identifying data issues, analysing data patterns, and presenting findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to test planning activities, including test scope, test objectives, and test strategy development.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts to validate data quality.
  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer or a similar role, with a strong understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing data tests, data profiling, data quality assessment, and data validation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify data issues, analyse data patterns, and present findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in SQL query writing, data extraction, and manipulation from relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, data management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
