Bishops Cleeve and surrounding areas are in need of dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Care Assistant, you will work independently, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs and preferences of each client.

Competitive Compensation:

\
  • \
  • You will earn £13.00 per hour from 08:00 to 18:00 and £13.55 per hour from 18:00 onwards, ensuring a competitive hourly rate for your hard work and dedication.\
  • In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive 30p per mile for travel expenses, helping to offset the costs associated with getting to and from client locations.\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.\
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while maintaining confidentiality and respecting their boundaries.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices, driving continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.\
