**Job Title:** Property Retention and Aftercare Director

Guildmore Limited is seeking a seasoned Property Retention and Aftercare Director to oversee the post-completion phase of construction projects, managing ongoing maintenance, compliance, and tenant relations for our retained properties.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate aftercare management with comprehensive property oversight, ensuring smooth project transitions and maintaining appealing, compliant, and safe properties for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • O oversee the post-completion phase of construction projects, ensuring a seamless transition from project completion to the aftercare phase.
  • R develop and implement aftercare plans aligned with contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • A address post-completion issues or defects, working closely with the Aftersales team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Defect and Maintenance Management:
  • S supervise maintenance operatives, assigning and monitoring tasks for timely, quality completion.
  • L log, prioritize, and manage defect reports, coordinating with internal teams, direct labor, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
  • Tenant Relations and Leasing:
  • A act as the primary tenant contact for inquiries, onboarding, lease renewals, rent adjustments, and compliance.
  • Financial and Budget Management:
  • A adhere to company protocols for work and invoice approvals with senior managers.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • E ensure all properties and aftercare processes comply with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
