Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our Benelux Business Development Team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordics and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and follow up on sales leads in the Nordics and South Africa
  • Work closely with internal marketing, account executives, and industry experts to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns
  • Represent Mendix at industry events and conferences
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations
  • Set and conduct qualifying meetings with prospects
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with the decision-making unit
  • Hand over opportunities to account executives
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales or a relevant BSc/MSc Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are obligatory; skills in Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish are a plus
  • Ability to work full-time
