Join Our Team as an HR Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our management team at The Graduate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our HR activities and ensuring that our employees have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Queries: Respond to various HR-related queries from across the business, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure that our employees are supported and empowered.
  • Job Descriptions: Review and update job descriptions to ensure that they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Train hiring managers on effective candidate evaluation techniques to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
  • Appointment Process: Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants, including DBS checks and other necessary procedures.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates, to inform our HR strategies and improve our overall performance.
  • Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including work reviews and change processes.
  • HR Systems: Utilize HR information systems to access, input, and compile data to inform our HR strategies and improve our overall performance.
  • Development Opportunities: Identify opportunities for employee development and growth, working closely with our training team to provide funded professional qualifications and continuous personal development.
