Overview

Experience dynamic, varied days while playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

As a Property Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
  • Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Basic IT skills.

Benefits

As a Property Manager at Spicerhaart, you will enjoy:

  • A basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary).
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary).
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year.
  • Company Car.
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day in lieu).
