About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Ashford. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory requirements and standards
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a property management role or customer-facing and administrative roles
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Basic IT skills

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year
  • Company car
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu)
