Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define RFP requirements and gather input for bid completion
  • Analyze estimates of material, labor, and non-recurring charges to ensure alignment with customer requests
  • Compile and analyze data, conduct status meetings, and provide accurate and timely information to support executive decision-making
  • Develop and negotiate pricing with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Support the company's commitment to safety and environmental protection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Finance, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in business development, manufacturing, and/or production operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • US Citizenship required for ITAR regulations compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TINA experience
  • ITAR/EAR experience
  • FAR/DFAR Government Contracting experience
  • Strong math knowledge and business negotiation skills
