Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising the food and beverage team to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained
- Assisting with the ordering and control of stock items to ensure availability at all times
- Working closely with the food and beverage management team to achieve departmental targets
- Providing training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Liaising with sales to improve communication and charging of events taking place in the outlets
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills
