Job Summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and look after all visitors to the café
* Provide outstanding service and ensure that all customers have an enjoyable time
* Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation
* Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed

Requirements

* A people person with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
