About the JobWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Zombie and Perkier through foodservice and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and grow end-user distribution through agreed terms, strong promotional plans, and sampling events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our buyers and customer teams, presenting our brands' key benefits and discussing revenue-driving opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify key insights and create, discuss, and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Identify new ranging opportunities and creatively sell in our range, including NPD, and successfully onboard new customers.
• Represent Perkier & Zombie at key trade shows, such as the Lunch show.
What Success Looks Like• Hitting agreed revenue targets.
• Securing 4 significant new accounts within 12 months, such as launching Zombie into Brakes, a major coffee shop chain, and a leading airline, and launching Perkier into a large national account through Bidfood.
