We are delighted to be working with a well-known bank to support with their requirement for a recruitment coordinator.
Your new role:
This is a full-time role that is initially for a 6-month fixed term for an experienced recruitment coordinator who can support with the complete recruitment process from application screening to offer stage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Posting adverts using recruitment software and also LinkedIn.
- Screening candidates.
- Arranging interviews and ensuring candidates are fully briefed.
- Mailbox management.
- Preparing and issuing offers of employment.
- Updating reports.
- General and varied ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have previous experience of working within talent acquisition.
- Fully competent on LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment systems.
- Knowledge of employment compliance including right to work and visa requirements.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
What you will get in return:
This is a contract with an initial term of 6 months where you will be paid a generous daily rate and will have the benefit of working from home for the majority of the time.
