Our Client

We are delighted to be working with a well-known bank to support with their requirement for a recruitment coordinator.

Your new role:

This is a full-time role that is initially for a 6-month fixed term for an experienced recruitment coordinator who can support with the complete recruitment process from application screening to offer stage.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Posting adverts using recruitment software and also LinkedIn.
  2. Screening candidates.
  3. Arranging interviews and ensuring candidates are fully briefed.
  4. Mailbox management.
  5. Preparing and issuing offers of employment.
  6. Updating reports.
  7. General and varied ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  1. Applicants must have previous experience of working within talent acquisition.
  2. Fully competent on LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment systems.
  3. Knowledge of employment compliance including right to work and visa requirements.
  4. Confident communicator with the ability to influence.
  5. Highly organised and able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.

What you will get in return:

This is a contract with an initial term of 6 months where you will be paid a generous daily rate and will have the benefit of working from home for the majority of the time.
