Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator

The First Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in Moray, with an immediate start required.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for a qualified professional to play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, contractors, and the public. As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing site manual handling risk assessments, identifying high-risk physical effort tasks, and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and improve work instructions, develop new documentation, and conduct task-based risk assessments where necessary.
* Collaborate with HSE to support regulatory issues on site.
* Monitor H&S compliance and other key performance indicators.
* Provide trend analysis and action management prioritization to operational teams.
* Support H&S concerns and challenges as needed.
* Actively promote major hazard awareness to protect employees, contractors, the public, and the environment.

Requirements:
* Manual Handling Training/Assessing experience and NEBOSH General Certificate minimum qualifications are required.
* Full UK driver's license is also required.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
