Job Title: Documentation and Records Coordinator

Description:

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Document Controller for a fixed-term contract with potential extension. The role involves coordinating document control procedures, managing information flow, and performing administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate document control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Manage information flow through Asite and THEMIS platforms, streamlining communication and data exchange.

  • Upload documents, verify updates, and maintain accurate records of filing and drawing management.

  • Batch print documents as required and manage the local library, maintaining a secure and organized environment.

  • Release and publish controlled documentation, respond to technical queries, and facilitate transmittals efficiently.

  • Implement user access controls, issue and receive controlled documentation, log issues and receivers, and create electronic transmittals.

  • Compile reports and perform administrative duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller in Rail, Civils, or Construction, with a working knowledge of Document Control software.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
