Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, ensuring consistency and excellence in food quality and presentation.

  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and competitive pricing.
  • Contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences, working closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver outstanding results.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef with a passion for creating culinary masterpieces. Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel at sous, head chef, or kitchen manager level is essential. You will be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture, and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
