**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Automation System Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Helpline. As an expert in automated gate maintenance, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients across the UK.

About Us:

We specialize in electric gate maintenance and barrier repairs, offering a wide range of services from emergency breakdowns to routine maintenance visits, safety advice, and project management. Our company is dedicated to being experts in our field, giving our customers the confidence they need when working with us.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform reactive and routine maintenance on automated gates, including fault diagnosis, repair, service, upgrades, and installation work.
  • Quote works and provide safety upgrades as needed.
  • Work in schools and domestic properties, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Recommend suitable repairs or upgrades for accurate estimating by the office team.
  • Accurately record information on relevant documentation, including service sheets and force tests.
  • Work in a logical and efficient manner to achieve the highest quality possible.
  • Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience working in the Automated Gates industry, with a strong understanding of fault diagnosis, repair, service, upgrades, and installation work. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:*

  • 23 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays + Pension + Company Van.

Location: The successful candidate will be based in Basildon, covering Northampton to Southampton, with most work in London and the Home Counties.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 Per Annum, OTE £40,000 to £60,000 + Average of 20 Hours Overtime Per Week.
