Automated Manufacturing Specialist Job Description
The Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Automated Manufacturing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the engineering department, your primary responsibility will be to set and operate CNC machines to meet specified requirements and maintain company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and operating CNC machines to meet specified requirements.
  • Loading and unloading machines using manual or mechanical hoists when necessary.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and verifying product quality.
  • Maintaining accountability for product quality.
  • Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines.
  • Keeping machines and work areas clean and organized.
  • Operating manual machines as required.
  • Allocating and storing components within the factory.
  • Completing departmental paperwork.
  • Adhering to company Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements and Benefits:

A minimum of experience in setting and operating CNC machines.

Able to read and work from engineering drawings.

Competent in using inspection and measurement tools.

Experienced in using manual lathes.

An engineering qualification would be beneficial.

£12- £15 per hour plus overtime.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 16:00, Friday: 7:00 am - 14:30.
