Senior Functional Safety and Cyber Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Safety and Cyber Security Engineer to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering Functional Safety and Cyber Security functions, collaborating with system engineers, components engineers, and external suppliers to ensure designs meet the ISO 61508 and ISO 21434 frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety and security concepts, technical, software, and hardware safety requirements.
- Participate in Reliability studies for HW (Fault metrics calculations) and FMEDA.
- Support customer reviews with functional safety input.
- Deliver work products in compliance with processes for ISO 9001.
- Deliver tasks in line with project milestones.
Requirements:
- A degree or similar qualification in systems engineering or an engineering discipline.
- Strong experience in working across functional safety and cyber security frameworks.
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes from requirements capture through to design validation.
- Familiarity with MBSE techniques for system modeling.
- Hardware verification knowledge.
- Proven cross-function communication skills.
