Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinical Case Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working in the healthcare sector or hold a relevant clinical qualification.
Responsibilities:
- To work with customers via all communication channels to support their health needs.
- To apply clinical skills to make informed decisions on treatment eligibility and provide case management support.
- To stay up-to-date with WPA Health Insurance products, policies, and initiatives to ensure accurate query resolution.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medicine, or allied health)
- Experience working in the healthcare sector or holding a relevant clinical qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
