Palliative Care Assistant

Palliative Care Assistants play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at Marie Curie UK. We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team in West Cornwall.
The estimated salary for this position is £22,383 per annum, plus enhancements for weekend and night duty. As a Palliative Care Assistant, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide personalized care and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing advanced care planning statements that reflect patients' wishes and choices
- Supporting significant others through loss, grief, and bereavement
- Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with healthcare professionals
