About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify areas for quality improvement and develop action plans to address these areas.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • MSc or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
