In WTW's Outsourcing Business, the Pensions Administration Manager role is a pivotal opportunity, requiring effective communication across various lines of business. As a key member of the team, you will be actively responsible for the pension administration service delivery for a team in the Redhill Office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver an enhanced and empathetic service to clients, attending client calls and discussing member matters that require a high level of customer care.
  • Ensure the quality and performance objectives defined by WTW are met, adhering to change, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions influencing internal and external stakeholders on service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Accountable for ensuring Team Leads conduct activities in line with internal procedures, policies, and legislation, including industry standards.
  • Optimize team productivity and ensure it is measured, creating a collaborative culture where processes are applied consistently within the Community.
