HR Manager Job Description

Benjamin Edwards is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team engagement levels and a strong background in people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the People Team to achieve industry-beating levels of engagement and team retention.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and all human resource functions within the company.
  • Conduct annual appraisals for the team and provide commitment to your role in the business.
  • Create a person-orientated team that focuses on pro-active performance and conducts regular one-to-ones with each team member.
Requirements:
  • 2 or more years' experience at a senior HR level.
  • Significant recruiting experience.
  • Competent computer literacy, including the use of spreadsheets and word documents.
