Job Summary:

Benjamin Edwards is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the People Team and overseeing all human resource functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, ensuring the company maintains industry-leading levels of engagement and team retention.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members, provide coaching and development opportunities, and conduct annual appraisals to ensure employees are meeting their performance goals.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Competent computer literacy, including the use of spreadsheets and word documents.
