A comprehensive research project focused on characterising and predicting manufacturing defects in fibre-reinforced polymer composites.

  • Conduct extensive laboratory work and numerical modelling to develop mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum 2:1 master's degree in a relevant engineering or physical science discipline. Previous knowledge of composites and experience in finite element analysis are beneficial. Excellent communication skills are essential.
