Cranleigh STEM is a leading company in the field of advanced materials and composites. We are seeking a Materials Research Engineer to join our Research & Product Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and developing new products to align with the company's objectives within high-performance sectors such as aerospace and motorsport.

As a Materials Research Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving R&D projects, developing product formulations, and supporting the product development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new materials and product formulations
  • Analyze and test materials to ensure quality and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree in materials science, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in materials testing and analysis
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent presentation skills

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
