As our new Fundraising Executive, you will play a key role in the sustainability and growth of our charity. This role offers the opportunity to develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy, overseeing the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, ensuring a diverse and sustainable income base from multiple streams.
  • Campaign Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact fundraising campaigns, ensuring they are compelling and well-coordinated, with clear financial targets and strategic goals.
  • Event Organisation: Lead the organisation of fundraising events, designed to inspire engagement from the community and generate vital funds to support our work.

About You

We're looking for an individual with a deep understanding of fundraising, combined with the passion to lead a vital aspect of our work. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies across multiple income streams.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a stakeholder pension scheme, health insurance, and life assurance.
