About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Coordinator to join our team at Darwin Group, a leading modular construction provider for the Healthcare Sector. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of building information models (BIM) throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Coordinate and manage design disciplines, ensuring that all work produced meets professional standards.
  • Produce, check, and manage accurate building information models using Autodesk Revit and other 3D software.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage workload and ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to procurement and design programmes.
  • Ensure statutory regulation and planning compliance on all projects.
